What is Aflac?
Aflac is a voluntary employee benefit that helps with the out-of-pocket expenses that may not be covered by your major medical insurance. Aflac allows you to pick from several different coverage options such as: Aflac Choice, Aflac Plus Rider, Aflac Cancer Protection, Aflac Accident Advantage.
Who is eligible?
Employees who are scheduled to work 24+ hours per week.
