Supervisor Academy Cycle 1: Session 3: Trivium's Total Rewards

  • Description: This course will introduce the Total Rewards team as well as review the following: performance management, compensation, Datis, benefits, worker’s compensation, leave of absences introduction, drug screen processes, EAP and supervisor referrals, and backgrounds.
