Along with the recent announcement of our name change from Crossroads of Iowa, Recovery 4 Life, and A New Path to Trivium Life Services, we have another big change on the horizon: our corporate office is moving! We will be moving to our new location at 4200 River’s Edge Parkway this summer.

The new, larger space will allow our organization the capacity needed as we continue to expand our mission. The new workplace will provide triple the current square footage in the corporate offices to better equip the growing and expanding company and related headcount.

"I see this move as a way to propel our mission's work," said Trivium CEO Brent Dillinger. "We can improve our community outreach, better facilitate group events, and hold corporate training sessions for our own staff and the community. I envision great things happening in this space."

Great things are already underway at the River's Edge, home to the Iowa West Foundation.

"Iowa West Foundation is thrilled to welcome Trivium as our new neighbor at River's Edge," said Iowa West President & CEO Brenda Mainwaring. "Their arrival builds on growing momentum to establish a vibrant business district that will complement the many activities planned for the riverfront. The great lawn at Hanafan Park is in perfect condition, construction is about to start on Belle's Play Garden, and the City has scheduled water activities at the Pavilion this summer. It's going to be an exciting summer at River's Edge."

For Trivium, the possibilities presented by the move seem endless. Our organization has a bold vision to add behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Iowa in the very near future and endeavors to grow into a national company providing impactful services for over 10,000 clients annually over the next five years as we expand our geographic reach.

"The River's Edge is growing as well and I couldn't think of a more fitting and beautiful campus to build our corporate home," Dillinger said. "Trivium's mission of creating hope, empowering lives, and inspiring communities is one people are counting on us to deliver; with this move, we add capabilities to keep reaching and developing."

As Trivium’s corporate staff moves to the River’s Edge, the Council Bluffs staff will take over the 1851 Madison Avenue building. It will be a more modern and uplifting work environment for them and will serve as a more welcoming door to the community.

Trivium Life Services currently operates in seven Iowa and two Idaho counties, employing nearly 400 staff and serving 2,500 clients each year.
