Ben Shuberg previously served as the Executive Director for Cherokee Work Services, which joined with Trivium in 2017. Shuberg transitioned into the Regional Senior Director position providing oversight to the Northwest Regional Market. His primary areas of responsibility include overseeing programming and administrative services.
Ben graduated from Des Moines Area Community College with an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Mortuary Science. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from Buena Vista University.
Born and raised in Cherokee, Iowa, Ben and his wife, Emily, are also raising their four children there. He enjoys being involved in the community as well as outdoor activities with his family.
