Matt Zima joined Trivium in 1994 and since 2014 has overseen all financial matters as CFO. He has a broad financial background with an expertise in implementation and defining processes to aid in organizational growth. He takes an active role in compliance and the fulfillment of government contracts and private foundation grants.
Zima received a Bachelor of Science degree from Morningside College in Sioux City. He has witnessed many changes throughout the more than two decades he has been with the agency. This includes an increase of clients served and a growing number of people hired.
Residents of Onawa, Zima and his wife enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
