For more than 50 years, Trivium Life Services has partnered with individuals, families, and communities to provide trusted support for people with disabilities, mental health challenges, and brain injuries. Inspiring Communities.—we offer person-centered services that help individuals build stability, strengthen independence, and pursue meaningful lives.
Across the regions we serve, our dedicated teams provide compassionate guidance through a range of supports, including community-based disability services and trauma-informed residential mental health care such as Averte’s Therapeutic Residential program in New England.
Whether someone is seeking daily living support, clinical care, or a structured environment for healing and growth, we meet each person where they are—helping them build skills, foster connections, and move forward with confidence toward a life of greater independence and belonging.
