In-kind gifts play a meaningful role in supporting the individuals we serve. Whether someone is settling into a new environment, participating in services, or building greater independence, these items help meet real, day-to-day needs.

Many of these needs are simple, but essential. When those needs are met, it creates stability, comfort, and a stronger foundation for what comes next.

Your gift may be something you no longer need or something you choose specifically, but to the person receiving it, it will be used, valued, and appreciated.

Amazon Wish Lists

Our Amazon Wish Lists are built from items that our teams identify as most needed across our programs.

When you make a purchase, the item ships directly to the appropriate location and is often put to use right away. These are items that are used regularly in our programs and support individuals in very practical, everyday ways.

This is one of the simplest ways to give an item and know it is meeting an immediate need.

Gently Used Items and Furniture

We also accept donations of gently used items, including furniture and household goods, when they align with current program needs.

These items help us create spaces that are comfortable, functional, and supportive across a variety of settings. Common needs often include bedroom furniture, tables and chairs, and linens, as well as select like-new clothing items.

Due to space and storage limitations, we ask that all gently used donations are coordinated in advance. This helps ensure we can receive and distribute items effectively.

Please contact Sarah Karkowski, Director of Annual Giving, at [email protected] or by phone at 712-256-7888 to discuss your donation of gently used items.
