Renee Erbes started in Trivium’s Human Resources department in 2022 before moving into the role of Vice President of Human Resources in February of 2025. She serves to uphold Trivium’s encouraging work culture and drive growth and strategic initiatives through relationship building and living Trivium’s values. Renee’s prior experience includes leadership in all areas of HR in various industries including healthcare.
Renee holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and has several active HR designations including the HRCI senior professional in human resources, SHRMs senior certified professional, the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and The Wharton School’s certified employee benefits specialist, and the WorldatWork certified compensation professional.
Renee has been a member of the Human Resource Association of the Midlands for over 25 years volunteering on several different committees and instructing students in preparation of their HR exams. She volunteers as a mentor for the Society of Human Resources Management and supports causes such as Hooves and Paws of the Heartland, Mayo Clinic Foundation, and Parkinson’s Foundation.
