At Trivium, we focus on community integration so all our clients, regardless of disabilities or abilities, can feel a sense of belonging. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, we worried about losing that focus, so we began Across the Road as a way to stay connected while staying safe.
With Across the Road, volunteers and organizations are able to connect virtually with Trivium’s long term support services clients. Together they can play games, read, watch a movie, learn a new skill, or show off what their organization does and share their mission.
