At Trivium, our Supported Employment Services focus on discovering a person’s interest, developing career goals, and identifying a job that fits their needs.
Clients are paired with an Employment Specialist and together they define career goals, create/update a resume, participate in mock interviews, and identify potential job and volunteer opportunities. Once a client is hired, the Employment Specialist arranges transportation to and from work and supports the client through the transition; this could mean communicating with a work supervisor on individual needs or advocating for a client on the job. Finding employment is excellent, but we want to ensure our clients stay happily employed.
